(2026) RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISKS. EACH PARTICIPANT SHOULD READ THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS BEFORE AGREEING AND SIGNING.
In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the FRIENDSHIP CUP TENNIS TOURNAMENT (the “Tournament”), independently organized by FRIENDSHIP SPORTS LEAGUES (the “Organizers”), and related events and activities, I, the undersigned below :
  »  Acknowledge and fully understand that I will be engaging in activities that involve risk of serious injury, including temporary or permanent total disability and death, and severe social and economic losses which might result not only from my own actions, inactions, or negligence but the action, inaction and negligence of others, or the condition of the premises or of any equipment used.

  »  Further, there may be other risks not known to me or not reasonably foreseeable at this time. Assume all of the foregoing risks and accept personal responsibility for the damages following such injury, temporary or permanent total disability or death.
  »  Authorize, consent, and give organizers of the Tournament the right to use, publish my name, likeness, portrait, recorded voice, and image, statements made by me, and biographical material (“Materials”).
  »  Specifically, I acknowledge that such Materials are being recorded for, among other things, publication on the Internet, and I consent to such use.
  »  Release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the tournament organizers, its representatives and volunteers, other members/participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners, leaser or premises used to conduct the tournament, all of which are hereinafter referred to as “releases,” from any and all liability to each of the undersigned, his or her heirs and next to kin for any and all claims, demands, losses or damages on account of injury, including death and damage to property, caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the releases or otherwise; losses or damages arising from or relating to the publication or any other use of the Materials, regardless of the nature of such use, including claims for\ libel, invasion of privacy, or other infringements of personal, property, or proprietary rights of any nature, foreseen or unforeseen.
